Benedict to Waive Five-Year Waiting Period for John Paul the Great's Beatification

Mom heard this on the radio this morning, and I searched for quite a while to find it - apparently no English news outlets have picked it up yet. I finally found this on the Vatican website. I know no Italian, and I didn't take the time to translate the Latin well, but as far as I can tell, it's the official declaration the the five-year period will be waived.
