I got up and went to Mass again this morning, only to find that, once again, there was no Mass. This time, however, we had a deacon presiding, so everything felt a little more "right." Everything was by the book, except that while delivering the homily, the deacon stood behind the Altar, leaning on it casually while he spoke. Other than that, though, everything was nice, and lasted about 15 minutes. Before I go again, I think I'll call the parish office and find out when or if there will be a priest there.
